1. ITR & computation of Income of the Company and all Individuals (directors/partners) of last 2 years (CA certified) with all annexure and Audit report
2. Current year provisional’s of the Company and all Individuals (directors / partners) CA certified
3. Bank Statements - of the company and all Individuals (savings A/c) of last 12 months
4. Details of all secured / unsecured loans (in company + Individuals name) with their sanction letters and EMI’s marked in Bank statements
5. Company profile
6. PAN card copy of the company and all Individuals (Directors / Partners)
7. Passport copy of all Individuals
8. Office & Residence proof of all Individuals (latest tel bill/electricity bill/Soc bill)
9. 2 passport size photographs of all Individuals (Directors / Partners)
10. Detail list of all Debtors & Creditors
11. Copy of TDS certificates (if any)
12. Contract copy’s (if any)
13. Advance Tax paid challan copy (if any)
14. Current Net worth statement of all the Individuals – CA certified
15. Copy of all the rent receivables / rent agreements (if any)

Property Papers
1. Copy of Purchase Agreement / Draft Agreement & Share Certificate (front & back)
2. Copy of Previous chain of agreement – upto the Developer (if any)
3. Title Certificate of the property, CC, IOD & OC
4. Copy of Property Card
5. Copy of Certified BMC approve plan
6. Copy of society registration certificate (if any)
7. Latest property tax paid receipt
8. Cheque of Rs.11500/- towards valuation and legal charges (Loan >50L have to be valued twice by two Govt approved valuers & two Lawyers)
9. Loan application form duly signed by the Company and all Individuals (Directors / Partners)
